Why be concerned?
You may have heard that attorneys are systematically using compliance tools to review all bank websites for ADA errors or violations and including that information in their letter to your bank. No court has blocked their activity yet in their other litigation. The settlement agreement they propose includes updating the bank's website to an ADA compliant state and paying attorney fees. It appears that website ADA compliance is here now and is not going away.
